End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement for your use of mobile applications developed by DigiFaceMe.

License Grant

DigiFaceMe grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

✓Use the application on your personal devices

✓Benefit from the application's features

✓Download and install updates

Under this license, you may not:

✕Copy, modify, or distribute the application

✕Attempt to reverse engineer the application's source code

✕Sublicense or sell the application

✕Attempt to bypass the application's security features

✕Use the application for illegal purposes

The application and all its components remain the property of DigiFaceMe. This EULA does not grant you ownership rights, only a license to use.

DigiFaceMe may update, modify, or remove features from the application. Updates are provided under this EULA.

The application may collect data as specified in our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to our data collection practices.

The application may integrate third-party services. These services have their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for them.

If you are under 13, you may only use this application with parental consent. Some features may have higher age restrictions.

The application is provided "as is". We make no warranties and accept no responsibility for performance, reliability, or suitability.

DigiFaceMe is not responsible for damages arising from the use of the application. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

This EULA terminates in the following cases:

Violation

Violation of EULA terms

Removal

Removal of the application from your device

Termination

Termination by DigiFaceMe

Upon license termination, you must immediately stop using the application and remove it from your device. Rights cease after termination.

This EULA is governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.

DigiFaceMe reserves the right to modify this EULA. Changes take effect with application updates.
